Paper Converting
We offer a wide variety of paper converting processes which can enhance your designs. Our processes range from computer-controlled precision-cutting to more unique or complex processes such as envelope conversion. By utilizing the latest equipment available for each process, we bring you the greatest range of options under one roof. Some specific processes we offer are as follows:

Embossing / Debossing with sheet sizes ranging between 5” x 5” up to a maximum of 20” x 26”.

Foils including standard, holographic & scratch-off as well as over-printable foils (i.e. silver foil with full-color overprint)

Envelope conversion from either flat sheets (low volume) or from a web roll (high volume). Custom security tint can be applied to the inside of the envelope. Metallic foil lining can be applied (pre-conversion) as well as the option to apply custom paper liners (post-conversion). We can further customize envelopes post-conversion with single or to full-color printing to include variable imprint as well. Address window placement can be customized to suit the needs of your project.

Folding capabilities at Artco are unsurpassed.  We can fold sheets to your specifications from as small as 4” x 6” up to a maximum of 20” x 32”.
